Chewy and I are glad you're here.
I'm a chef. Forty years of it, in kitchens from Ohio to the Florida Keys to the mountains of Wyoming. Most of those years, I was doing it wrong. Chewy is a golden retriever who came into my life in the summer of 2020, at the lowest point, and changed how the rest of it went.
This is where we keep our adventures, cooking, voiceover work, audio files, videos, and media, along with the two books I've written about how everything happened.

Grand Canyon of The Yellowstone
For nearly a decade, I cooked beneath the majestic mountains of Jackson Hole and the Tetons, soaking in the beauty of the valley on the Idaho side. This stunning landscape witnessed some of my finest culinary achievements, with my toughest challenges. Chewy was born in southeastern Idaho, and together we ventured out into the world, always returning when we can to relive those cherished memories.
