Orders, Pricing, and Payment

• Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. The price charged is the price displayed at checkout.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability of a Product.

• Payment is processed through our website platform's payment processor. We do not store your full payment card information.

Print-on-Demand Products, Shipping, and Returns

Most Products are made to order through a third-party print-on-demand partner. Because of this:

 

• Production and shipping times are estimates, not guarantees, and are subject to the fulfillment partner's timelines and carrier delays.

• Minor variations in color, placement, or sizing between what you see on screen and the finished product can occur due to printing processes and are not considered defects.

• Returns and exchanges: Because each item is made specifically for your order, all sales are final except in the case of a manufacturing defect, printing error, or damage in transit. If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within [14] days of delivery using the Contact form on this Site, and we'll work with our fulfillment partner to arrange a replacement or refund.

• We are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier to the address provided but not received (e.g., lost or stolen after delivery), though we're happy to help you file a claim with the carrier.

All original characters, names, artwork, illustrations, logos, photographs, written content, and designs appearing on this Site and on GoodWookie Products — including but not limited to the GoodWookie name and marks, Chewy and other named characters, and all related artwork — are the property of GoodWookie Productions LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

 

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, sell, or otherwise exploit any of this content without our prior written permission. Purchasing a Product gives you the right to own and use that physical item; it does not give you any rights to the underlying artwork or designs.
