Delete Your Account and Data

You can ask us to delete your Goodwookie account and the personal information that goes with it at any time. This applies whether you used the Design Your Pet app, goodwookie.com, or both.

How to ask

Email info@goodwookie.com with the subject line “Delete my account.” Send it from the email address on your account, or tell us that address in the message. If you’ve ordered from us, include an order number if you have one. It helps us find everything.

We’ll confirm we’ve received your request within 3 business days and finish the deletion within 30 days.

What we delete

• Your account: your login, name, email address and phone number

• Your saved addresses

• Your pet photos and any designs you made, ordered or not

• Your order history as it appears to you

What we have to keep

• Records of orders you paid for, kept only as long as tax and accounting law requires. They aren’t used for anything else.

• If an order is still being printed or shipped, we finish it first, then delete.

Things that delete themselves

You don’t need to ask for these:

• Designs you didn’t order, and the photos they came from, are deleted automatically after 7 days.

• The app doesn’t need an account at all. Uninstalling it removes everything it stored on your phone.
