In our house, mistletoe is mostly a formality. A retriever hands out kisses whether you are standing under anything or not, usually right after you sit down with a plate of food. The Mistletoe Kisses design celebrates that sloppy, wholehearted kind of holiday affection, and on a sherpa blanket it turns into something you can curl up with. Spread it across the back of the sofa for December, tuck it around the kids during the parade on TV, or keep it folded at the foot of the bed for when the furnace quits at 3 a.m. It makes a sweet gift for newlyweds, new dog parents, or anybody who gets more kisses from the dog than from their spouse. No judgment here. I live with a retriever.
